The River Country® RC-T3 F/C has been manufactured using all professional grade components, from heavy duty 304 Stainless steel to the specially designed and built, easy to read, full range dial, displaying the cooking temperature in both Fahrenheit and Celsius. The lens assemblies have been sealed with an industrial grade pliable sealant to prevent fogging and moisture from entering the dial. Each River Country® BBQ / Smoker thermometer has a small adjustment screw on the back for making fine calibration adjustments when every degree counts.The Model RC-T3 F/C features an easy to read 3" dual range dial with a 2 1/2" total stem length including the extra long threaded portion which provides for secure mounting on either thin or thick walled smokers or grills.
